Before I purchased from Certified Autoplex, I visited many other dealers nearby Irving, Dallas & Fort Worth. Once entered in their dear show room, they all wants to take decision within few minutes without giving proper information about their products but here at Certified Autoplex, I got different experience. First time I saw, they are Customer Friendly and giving them all options and time to think. Because of that customers can choose better options as per their requirements. I saw Sales and Service people at Certified Autoplex, they are not running behind the customer to force them to buy quickly but they wants to deliver better service and products. Thank you. More

Stellar experience; great facility; zero regrets! I was doing nationwide searches for an S4 with specific options. Was thinking about flying to Chicago or Minneapolis when a car popped up in Carrollt I was doing nationwide searches for an S4 with specific options. Was thinking about flying to Chicago or Minneapolis when a car popped up in Carrollton, 20 minutes from the office. Rich was fantastic from the first handshake and really made the experience a good one. The car was what I was looking for and I got financing squared away on my own only to find that Rich could get me an even better rate! When I arrived to close the deal, finance had already pre-processed everything so the time needed to get through the paperwork was at a minimum. Certified included a lifetime powertrain warranty which I greatly appreciate. The detail shop had this S4 looking brand new when I left the dealership. Thanks to everyone for making it a special day and the best car buying experience so far. More
