Travis worked closely with Dustin Johnson, the CBB Finance Director, and Tracey Weaver, CBB Finance Manager, to ensure that our arrangement would be the smoothest possible transaction when we arrived in Scottsdale from Albuquerque. From the moment we walked into their showroom, everyone there was friendly and made us feel welcome. The SLK230 that we came to purchase was even better than we had hoped for, and the “no-pressure” sales approach from Travis was a refreshing change after getting the “hard sell” several years ago from another Arizona dealership. I feel that it was a good experience I purchased a Chrysler 300 from James Valentine and was only given one key for the car! He told me that the prior owner won't call him back so that he I purchased a Chrysler 300 from James Valentine and was only given one key for the car! He told me that the prior owner won't call him back so that he can give me the spare key.. tell me how that is my fault? I was told if I wanted a spare key made at the dealership that I would have to pay $250 to get it made. Complete BS. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. If he cared about customer service he would of found a way to get me a spare key. A spare is always needed in case the ONE key I have is lost!! I worked with Lee Grubbs and I was able to get a spare key made and was only responsible to pay half for the key - instead of the full price. I would recommend this dealership to others as they did help me out after the trouble I was through. More
