This was far and away the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had been looking for a yellow Honda S2000 for months and happened to spot one on their lot. After going over the car with Danny, I told him I would have to think about it, and there was no pressure, or any of the all too familiar tactics when purchasing a vehicle. I looked at several of the other vehicles on the lot and everything was in the same kind of A++ shape as the S2000. I returned later and made the purchase, all the paperwork was done and waiting, and it only took a few minutes. The dealership is storing the car for me for a few weeks until I can drive it home. I would really like to thank, Danny, Frank, and Lee for a great car buying experience. I explained to him my financial budget, my driving habits, my concerns about warranties, and maintenance cost over the life of the loan. Jeff worked with me for another week while I mulled over all of his answers. I purchased a car the following week that I have NO REGRETS over, actually, I am very pleased with the purchase and WILL purchase my next vehicle from B&B again. All I can say is WOW! What a delightful experience. I am thrilled about my gorgeous new black 2007 Infiniti M35 Sport! Glen was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He even let me bring the car to my home in North Scottsdale. I was able to drive my wife and sons back to the dealer with me. Though Glen and his team provided a fair offer for my trade and an amazing financing deal, they did not pressure my wife to close the deal on that night. She wanted to check financing options through her company's credit union. Glen's patience and flexibility helped me close my wife on the deal. Glen's offer ended up being better than her employee credit union's. Best of all, my wife gave me the green light to move forward. The car is impeccable.. and I'm a happy camper!
