I have been in the market for a new Explorer for several weeks. After initially talking with Patrick and going on a test drive I thought that he would be able to help me and I would purchase the car I want weeks. After initially talking with Patrick and going on a test drive I thought that he would be able to help me and I would purchase the car I wanted. He never got back to us after telling us about a demo that might fit our needs. I called him and left two messages and finally got a return phone call, but Patrick didn't seem motivated to sell the car. I went in again to negotiate another Explorer I wanted, I was negotiating the price of my trade and we were within a $500 range, but Patrick said the used car manager wasn't in that day and he would have to call me the next day finish negotiations. I left diheartened and never heard back from Patrick with what the used car manager said. I guess Don Chalmer's doesn't want or need my business..... More

I went to the dealership looking for a new Focus I saw online. when my husband and I got there they let me test drive it, but showed me a couple of others as well in my price range.
