Did not like the $500 fee that was added to the purchase of the new car for paperwork processing. We had our truck repaired, $1800 charge when it lost all the fluid, we were put at the end of the line f of the new car for paperwork processing. It used to be that when you had a warranty repair for work done in the shop you would be put back at the front of the line for the second repair.
