I have been a customer of Champion Ford for many years. Ford consistently puts out great products and they have a great partner in Champion Ford. I have purchased two Ford F150s, and most recently a 2012 Ford consistently puts out great products and they have a great partner in Champion Ford. I have purchased two Ford F150s, and most recently a 2012 Ford Mustang. Each and every time I go into that dealership, they treat me almost like family. Jim and Duke work together flawlessly to make sure I am satisfied. In fact, much more than I would ever expect. Linda has handled the finance on a couple of vehicles for me and most recently Chad handled the last one. They are very helpful and courteous. I have also dealt with the service department and the body shop. It really doesnt matter what part of this company I deal with, the treatment is always the same...top notch! I paid a little more for this last vehicle than I could of somewhere else, but I wanted to buy from Champion Ford. I share this only to say that I WANTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I do business with people, not companies. They realize that and always give me the attention and consideration that I need to make a good decision and then they always back up their words with outstanding service. We were very upfront about our financial situation and also the condition of our trade in. Trevor was not deterred at all and never once said he didn't feel he could help us. We gave him our price range and he assured us he would not waste our time if he didn't feel we would qualify for something in that range.
