We were so thrilled 6 months ago when we purchased our 328i sedan from Craig that we went back and purchased a X3. The deal was easy and effortless. Their pricing surpassed Tucson BMW and N. Scottsdale by a mile! We had a very specifically optioned BMW in mind and Craig found it with ease. Michelle in finance was beyond pleasant and didn't push "fluff" warranties and options on us. She broke down the contract and financing for us so we didn't feel like we were signing blindly. We are now a two BMW vehicle household and beyond happy!!! When I arrived for the test-drive JC was with another customer and in an effort to respect my time he assigned his associate Sammy who also did a fantastic job.
