What a great experience! Craig is the i3 man We arrived late on a Saturday night. Location was actually getting ready to close. We were met by Craig as if the dealership just opened. Told him we just wanted to get some quick information since they were closed and that we would come back the next day? Being it was Saturday night, I figured he would really want to go out and enjoy his evening. In a very pleasant manner, he insisted on staying around and answer all our questions. Next thing I knew we were out on a test drive. I didn't take long to figure out we loved the car. Have not determined we like the car so quickly since the purchase of our first MINI Coopers. Craig knows the cars so, well it made it very easy for us to understand what he was explaining to us. We return on Sunday and immediately got down to it, didn't take long to come to an agreement. Did not feel the normal pressure you feel from most dealerships. My wife and I swore we would never buy an other BMW product after our last experience. We were very unhappy with the car, but even more unhappy with the dealership in Scottsdale. Craig definitely give us the confidence in the product jump back into one. We met in person yesterday to test drive, texted a few times throughout the day trying to hammer out details and checking on some other things. At the end of the day I returned to meet with Craig and finish up. We were able to get everything finished by closing time and I was able to drive off the lot in my new car. The transaction was upfront, no hidden agenda or added costs. It was by far the best and most efficient car buying experience I've ever had! More
