I was hesitant to make the drive of over 120 miles one way but once on the phone you instantly feel at ease discussing your needs. When I arrived my name was displayed on a monitor welcoming me. There check in process is efficient and then your on with your day with a 2015 loaner!! A few hours later I get a professional email breakdown of the work to be performed and any maintenance recommendations based on there inspection process. Joe Helms called within 10 minutes of the email to ask if I had any questions. We discussed my vehicles needs and then his team of techs got to work. Joe called when the vehicle was done as he knew I needed to make the 120 mile return trip. The car was washed and the repairs came under estimate! I can't thank Doug and Joe enough. I made an appointment and Joe and his technician replaced it with a new vent under warranty and had me out the door in an hour.
