My Wife and I would like to thank the friendly staff from Fisher Chrysler Jeep Dealership Manager Victor Cerda, Finance Johnny Quintero and most specially Dealer Dario Reyna who patiently met our criteria re Fisher Chrysler Jeep Dealership Manager Victor Cerda, Finance Johnny Quintero and most specially Dealer Dario Reyna who patiently met our criteria regarding our most recent purchased, a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. This is our third vehicle purchased here. Mr. Dario Reyna has been our dealer of choice for the second time involving two Jeep Grand Cherokee purchases a 2011 and 2012 models. My first experience with Fisher Dodge was 5 years ago when I went shopping for a bigger vehicle. I didn't have perfect credit and after many test drives and salesman and getting no where, I was getting when I went shopping for a bigger vehicle. David Francis greeted my husband and I on the lot but did not crowd us nor did he pressure us to by a car. He was there when we needed him or had any questions and ultimately sold us a 2007 Dodge Durango. Over the past five years my husband and I have been through and overcome many things including job loss, back surgery, and a disability which had a dramatic affect on our finances. Two of our daughters have grown and left home and we had no need for a huge vehicle with bad gas mileage. Unfortunately we were upside down in the Durango and unable to get another vehicle because of it. Enter David Francis again. We walked onto the lot Saturday morning and hunted him down. Knowing we were upside down in our Durango, David worked throughout the day on Saturday and kept us in the know about what was going on. He called me today (Monday) and said to come in after work, that he was able to get me approved even being $3500 upside down in my previous vehicle. Tonight, I am enjoying my new 2012 Dodge Avenger and couldn't be happier. Hearing "No" can get frustrating and it was great to finally hear a "YES" The team at Fisher Dodge, especially David Francis, are amazing. I will never again go anywhere else for a vehicle. More

We brought our 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Fisher CJD after our passenger side window fell down into the door. I had already taken the door panel off and found that the cable that drives the window up an after our passenger side window fell down into the door. I had already taken the door panel off and found that the cable that drives the window up and down was off its "track" so to speak. The motor and all other components were functioning perfectly normal. The service writer was rude from the start and eventually we had the Jeep in the shop for a diagnostic. Jody came back trying to sell us a new actuator and motor costing over $500, this was frustrating because it was not the problem and I had asked them to simply get the cable that physically runs the window up and down back onto the window. They then refused to do what I asked and said my only option was to pay the full shop bill for all suggested work. I declined and told them I would take care of it on my own and they presented me a bill for $100.20 for apparently pulling it into a bay of their shop, I already had the door disassembled so they couldn't have done anything more than opened it and taken a quick look. I paid reluctantly just to be able to get out of there. In short, I would not recommend Fisher Chrysler to anyone, the service writers are rude, pushy, and deceitful. More
