7 month update Bought a new cx9 and everything seemed great until we got to 7,000 miles and had a new engine and turbo installed. Mazda corporate can’t do anything b Bought a new cx9 and everything seemed great until we got to 7,000 miles and had a new engine and turbo installed. Mazda corporate can’t do anything because each dealer is independently owned. My leather seats were ruined by the technicians which I can provide photos to and now since the engine doesn’t match the car the resale is gonna be twice as bad as it was before we brought it in. 3 weeks and Chapman still has the vehicle. They also put an extra 1,500 miles on it for us... supposedly they are test drive miles. I’m glad the techs were able to have a nice ride home for 3 weeks. More
