My car had significant electrical damage from rats chewing on wires, which unfortunately for me in the waiting room took quite a few hours to diagnose. However, once diagnosed, the fix was clear (and chewing on wires, which unfortunately for me in the waiting room took quite a few hours to diagnose. However, once diagnosed, the fix was clear (and expensive). Turned out my insurance would cover it but all Chapman insurance claims have to go through Chapman Collision, at a separate facility and location. Things got complicated when it became clear Collision couldn't do the electrical work. Long story short, both shops did all that was required to shuffle the car and the paperwork and the rental car to ensure that finally, 2 weeks later, I got my car back all fixed and much cleaner than when I brought it in. More

Travis was a true hero when it came to this credit journey.
