I just bought my second vehicle at Chapman Volkswagen. Three years ago I bought a Jetta and loved it. I just traded it in and got a Taos. I've had it a week and love it as well! My husband, Eric, and I were looking to replace his 25 year old truck with a more dependable vehicle, with better gas mileage. Then we drove to Chapman Volkswagen. Within the last eight years, we’ve leased a 2013 Passat, a 2016 Passat and my current 2019 Jetta from Chapman Volkswagen. They’ve been great with sales and service! We parked our car, and right in front of us was what we were looking for: a 2022 Tiguan with white exterior, black interior and no sun roof! We got inside and it felt great! Since we had such an excellent experience with our Jetta salesman, Travis Hungerford, we asked to work with him. Again, Travis gave us the best of care! He’s comfortable to work with, very knowledgeable, and this time he also did all the financing and contracts. We had several vehicles to discuss with Travis. At first, we were overwhelmed with all the options and decisions to be made, but Travis patiently explained them to us. When we asked about a trade-in on our 1996 Ford truck, Travis provided us with a CARFAX Report. The negative report confused us, since we were the original owners and some of the detailed comments didn’t make sense. Travis recommended we check with the DMV, which we did a couple days later. They had made a huge error on the odometer reading, which they had corrected, and gave us an accurate report. If Travis hadn’t brought this to our attention, it could have been a future nightmare! We have been so happy with our Jetta, that we planned on buying it, when the lease was up in 16 months. Travis said we could buy it now. He recommended we use most of our down payment to pay it off, so we would have only one payment. For the Tiguan, we added gap insurance, a maintenance plan, and other multi-coverage protection, to give us peace of mind. So altogether, Travis advised us with three vehicles! We purchased the Jetta and Tiguan, and we decided to give our truck to our son, as a second vehicle. We’re very happy with the results! We now have two Volkswagens to be bring to Chapman Volkswagen, where we expect to receive excellent service and repairs. We plan on contacting Travis Hungerford for future vehicle advice and purchases, and will recommend him to our family and friends. Helen & Eric More
