I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership, the pleasant car buying experience and phenomenal customer service. We worked with Shawn Kountz and the first thing he said is “we don’t do that here.” We ended up buying a car that day from him. He worked with us as we waited for our credit union on the east coast to send a check for the vehicle. He took care of all of our needs and was an absolute joy to work with. The process went so well that we decided to buy a second car from him. He searched dealerships around the state to get the particular model, trim and color that I wanted. Given the low inventories, I wasn’t sure if he was going to be able to get the car that I wanted but he was relentless and found it and had it transferred for me. Since taking possession of the cars I have also worked with the service and parts departments and their commitment to their customers needs is equally superb. This is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. More

Based upon the exchange of emails I knew the inventory of new VW's at Chapman was very limited, so I knew we wouldn't be looking at a lot of different options. However, when we met Travis yesterday morning for our appointment we were totally surprised with what VW's we looked at. While there were only one or two of the various SUV models in stock, we were shocked to see two Tiguan's with only two rows of seats. The price was right and the Tiguan was just what we wanted. Our decision was easy and the whole sale/trade-in process was very painless. Travis is a great salesperson who really cares about his customers and makes them feel so very comfortable in the car buying process. We highly recommend Chapman VW and also highly recommend Travis to be your salesperson the next time you want to buy a VW or other used vehicle. More

When my wife and I entered the dealership we were greeted by one of the friendly employees. We told him we were here to see Jesus.
