False statements related to needed repairs After your failure to resolve my problem with the replaced oxygen sensor- (each time I returned and the check engine light remained on I was told to drive an ad failure to resolve my problem with the replaced oxygen sensor- (each time I returned and the check engine light remained on I was told to drive an additional 100 miles! After 400+ miles your people decided to look at the car again. Now they presented me a $4904.29 solution that was supposed to solve the problem.) I had paid $150 for a complete diagnostic scan initially. The car is only worth about $7500 according to the Kelly Blue Book. I would have paid a total of $6020.93. I took the car to a 3rd generation auto mechanics shop and they found the problem- the computer needed replacing. Not a distorted heater box. With the OEM part, the car was repaired for a total of $1323.00. The check engine light is off and there are no problems with the car. Had I paid the $ 4904.29 for the work you stated was the problem, it would still Not have been repaired. I assume I would have been told the computer replacement solution was necessary next and Another large bill from you. You would never have tried this on any one that was not a senior in my opinion. Family medical problems have consumed my time, but I am now ready to speak out about this. More

🚨 Do NOT Trust Richard Radlo– Dishonest Dealer Alert 🚨 I bought a 2024 Chevy Trailblazer from Richard just four months ago. He assured me that the car was in perfect condition and even said he personally knew the previous owner, so he could vouch for how well the car was maintained. He claimed it had been inspected bumper-to-bumper by his technicians and was completely road-ready. Well, that turned out to be a lie. Just a few months later, I had the car looked at by another dealership—and they found that two of the tires were dangerously worn, with the tread measuring under 3! They even provided video proof with the actual measuring tool showing the low tread. When I called Richard to address it, he brushed me off and said there was nothing he could do unless he “saw the tires.” He also accused the other dealerships of lying, even though I had clear evidence. When I pointed that out, he had nothing to say and refused to reimburse or help in any way. Richard talks a good game, but he sold me an unsafe vehicle and took no accountability when called out. Please don’t fall for his charm—he will lie to make a sale and leave you hanging afterward. Go somewhere reputable. You deserve honesty. More
I am warning everyone not to buy a car from this dealership. I bought a car a couple of months ago. When I was picking the car up and leaving there was an issue with the door. I couldn't open the door again. So I looked up the model and figured out that there was something wrong with this model's door. They took the car back and offered to take a look at it. Then they tried to charge me $150 to fix it. I refuse to pay the $150 since they sold me the car like that. They had my car for 5 days. They told me the part would be there on Friday. That they were painting the door handle. Then on Monday when I called they told me that they couldn't find the part. Honda doesn't make it anymore. Although I sent them tons of stuff off the Internet that was compatible with my car that they could use. Instead they decided to rig it. Fast forward to today. Went to get in my car. The handle fell right off my door. I am warning everyone stay away from this dealership. It's completely shady. More
Treble! Made 2 appmtns; oil change 4 tundra n AC no working (do 3 hrs diagnostic). 1st time here. As soon as you walk in people seem to be in a bad mood. Any Made 2 appmtns; oil change 4 tundra n AC no working (do 3 hrs diagnostic). 1st time here. As soon as you walk in people seem to be in a bad mood. Anyways, I got my oil change done, drive 20 minutes n there's smoke everywhere coming from my 2017 tundra. I called them n took my truck back. I got to the dealership and it was much worse. APPARENTLY charles toyota incompetent mechanics don't know how to do a basic oil change. The incompetent mechanic spilled oil all over the engine and never bothered to clean it. The lady (looked like the manager( took care of everything, made sure everything was right(like make sure the incompetent mechanic put oil in the engine and everything was done right). I got refund but I completely canceled my appointment with the highlander with the AC issue.... NO FING WAY! They can't do a simple oil change, never mind something as complicated n costly as the AC environment. NEVER AGAIN! The first time I went n I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. That mechanic just of been fired... TERRIBLE CHARLES TOYOTA! JUST TERRIBLE!!! More

Purchased a new Tundra - Negotiating the trade in was insulting. They never even looked at our vehicle and then offered us $5000 less than the value on KBB & NADA. We negotiated and got within $1000 of insulting. They never even looked at our vehicle and then offered us $5000 less than the value on KBB & NADA. We negotiated and got within $1000 of what we wanted. When we were finished the sales manager actually asked my husband if he could BORROW me for his next negotiation. Like I am property to loan out. Unbelievable in this day and age! 2 weeks later went to a car wash and noticed a piece of molding on the bumper was loose, so we brought it back to have it properly attached before we washed the truck. They told us we must have hit something with it because the whole underside of the front end was crushed. No visible damage on the bumper except the loose molding, but we hit something? We explained that we hit nothing and they said a shopping cart could have hit us and came up with a couple scenarios where we were hit, none of which made sense. Body shop estimated $3700 for the repairs. Tried to work it out with the sales manager and he wouldn't even give us a discount seeing as the damage was there when we bought it. Went to a 2nd shop and they estimated $2700. Filed an insurance claim and the insurance adjuster said the damage was most likely from the Tundra being unloaded from the shipping truck. Dealers are responsible for inspecting all cars and obviously this one didn't. Repair costs were over $1000 less than they would have been at Charles Toyota. They were going to charge us to recalibrate all the front end electronics which weren't needed. They also don't give you a 2nd set of keys anymore. Toyota is low on the batteries, so they tell you you'll get it within 30 days of purchasing the vehicle. The 30 days grows to 60, then 90 and then you have to fight with Toyota to get a 2nd set of keys. I'm still fighting and it's been 5 months. I have it written into the contract and they are still resisting. Do yourself a favor and find another dealership. More
