I purchased a brand new 2022 Jeep Renegade. There were problems with my Renegade from the moment I left the showroom. The main issues were intermittent stalling caused by a faulty valve cover , There were problems with my Renegade from the moment I left the showroom. The main issues were intermittent stalling caused by a faulty valve cover ,an oil leak and transmission slippage. The Cherry Hill Triplex dealership had my car on and off for 6 weeks. They never fixed the problems. I asked the Service Manager for a rental. He told me that I would need to speak with the owner but he was too busyto speak to me. When he did he flat out refused to provide a rental. He said the problems are fixed but Cherry Hill Triplex did not fix the issues. About a week later I phoned the dealership and told the owner my car was still not right. He argued with me again and this time blamed me. He told me my business was no longer welcome and said I should take my car elsewhere for repairs. I did go elsewhere. I took my car to a different Jeep dealer. The new service facility had my car for two days and repaired everything. The car is now running fine. I do not recommend Cherry Hill Triplex for service. More

They had my car for 2 months now it’s hard getting someone on the phone, a FedEx truck hit my car while sitting on they lot, and they didn’t take no type of information from them, they customer servic someone on the phone, a FedEx truck hit my car while sitting on they lot, and they didn’t take no type of information from them, they customer service is extremely horrible I do no recommend them to anyone. They do not update customer info in a timely manner. Their lot is EXTREMELY congested and difficult to park in and also difficult to get in and out of!!! Had to have whole radio/ UConnect system replaced in a 2019 Jeep Cherokee !! More
