Andy was great during the entire car buying process, from the first email contact until I drove away with my new car. He backed off when I asked him to and promptly answered all my email questions. He kept in contact while we waited on our car to be built and shipped. He is very easy going and personable. It was a pleasure working with him.

My Review of Chestatee Ford:
Amazing Customer Service!!!! I called in when my car would not start and asked for service and thay were closed and my heart sank. I explained my problem and that they were my mechanics and I was not sure what to do. Mr. Simmons walked me through how to check for a lose battery and then came to me with a jump. He also reset my alarm and did not charge for the sevice. It is so wonderful to know that such nice people work there and I will only trust them with my car.

My husband Gunny and I have purchased 5 vehicles over the last 12 years....Chestatee is the best for sales, service, everything. One of the reasons we keep going back is because of the great sales and finance, they make it easier to work with you on you needs. But the number one reason is the service......Patrick Burns and the Service Dept goes over and above to keep my car in tip top shape.

My entire experience at Chestatee Ford was great. As soon as we pulled onto the lot, we were greeted with friendly smiles and asked if we needed help. After having dealt with Andy in the past, my husband and I decided to work with him again. We love the way he treated us (with respect and professionalism) and will recommend Chestatee Ford and especially Andy Conger to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car. The overall process and experience was the best we have experienced when it comes to buying a new car.

This was SO much easier than expected! And we love our Fusion - it is a pleasure
to drive it. Adam did a wonderful job and was delightful to work with - he made
the options clear and did not waste any of our time (Big kudos for that!). Also
the credit manager did not drag that out either. We were in and out with our
new (to us) Ford in no time and couldn't be happier! I would most definitely recommend Chestatee or Adam to any of my friends.

Randy was an excellent salesman and was got us in and out of the dealership in a timely fashion, which he knew was important to us. He thoroughly went over every detail of the car and the purchase that was necessary and didn't too much time going over unnecessary information. I felt confident that he had our best interest in mind and was looking out for us as clients as he would a friend. I couldn't be happier with the car or the sales process.
