The purchase was for a 2024 Trax for my niece. Her first new car. She bought it but I tackled the dealer contacts. I ordered a new Trax for her from this dealer- 45 miles from home- specifically because of their promise- and they honored it. When the car arrived, they sent a text with the numbers on the contract. They applied the qualifying rebates. They sold the car for under sticker. No "xx". They got all the necessary papers in advance - the Healthcare rebate, applied the GMCard earnings, license, insurance - to streamline delivery. We walked in and drove out in about an hour. Excellent all around. Sales rep Steve O is very attentive and provided an amazing presentation of the vehicle, with CarPlay, Onstar and MyChevrolet app setup. Car was delivered in perfect condition. This is a dealership that I could send my mom in to buy a car, knowing she'd get a great car and a fair deal. More

Cant speak for new car sales but preowned inventory is overpriced, and dealer has little to no negotiating room. Also dealer advertises no fees but they get you on the interest I have never seen such hig overpriced, and dealer has little to no negotiating room. I was on my way to pick up my new Camaro with check in hand. The salesman called and told me they couldn't deliver the car. They claimed that someone else had left a deposit before me and was getting the hand. The salesman called and told me they couldn't deliver the car. I only had left a $1000. deposit on the car less than a week before and was awaiting the car to arrive at the dealer. I was told by a close friend who was the manager of another GM dealership that this was nonsense. They probably got a better offer from someone else and sold it out from under me. They were supposed to deliver the car to ma at 3:30 pm and this all took place after 1 PM the same day. They are total xxxx and I advise anyone to steer clear of Chevrolet 112! More
