I am used to professionalism and respect. I did not find either at Hertrich Chevrolet in Dover. At the service desk, I was meant with blunt and uninterested service rep. I felt too rushed and was not offered an explanation of exactly what is going on with my vehicle. Upon entering the waiting area, I was met with two or three Scatta chairs. The winning area is dirty and give the vibe of a daycare center. The table is extremely low and offers nothing to drink to the customers. I must say, there is a young lady that works in the service department. That is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, she was not the one that I had the opportunity to deal with. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Furthermore, after your vehicle has been worked on and is ready to be picked up, you yourself have to go outside down the rows of mini park vehicles to find on your own your vehicle. No one brings it up to you and you can forget about a car wash. I am currently looking for another car dealership to call Home. Never again. More

Dealership can seem to make simple repairs, I will be taking my business to another dealer in the future. I have had my truck to dealer 3 time for a repair that should been covered under recall because taking my business to another dealer in the future. Went for my regular maintence service: oil change and tire rotation. I was told waiting hours is between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I was directed to stay at the waiting area. They have big screen TV and was on f tire rotation. I was told waiting hours is between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I was directed to stay at the waiting area. They have big screen TV and was on for news channel. After about 50 minutes I was called and told that my truck was ready. No futher recommendations needed at the time of my service. My advisor gave me brief explanation of the service because it was only oil change and tire rotation. She went with me to the cashier and asked me if I have any questions. Told her that I understand what she told me.. I went around my truck to checked if everything is okay and I didn’t see any problem. More
