The customer service by JJ is always top-notch. I highly recommend this service center to anyone looking for honest and excellent services. Excellent service department! I will not take my Suburban anywhere else. They will listen to your concerns, try and figure out the problem and have excellent communication. They will let you know what your vehicle needs without pressure to do services that don’t apply to the current problem… no heavy upselling or dismissal if your budget can’t fit all of what they recommend. BETTY is an asset to Everett Chevrolet. When my Tahoe had issues, she worked hard to resolve it. They don’t quote you an accurate amount when you get your car serviced ,They will slap you a with a hefty bill after your service .Be very careful what you agree to be done .They have to reach their financia car serviced ,They will slap you a with a hefty bill after your service .Be very careful what you agree to be done .They have to reach their financial goals everyday .Aaron quoted $1500 and by the time I checked out it was $1700 and he even went ahead and used a military discount .There is no integrity at all and starting to loose trust in how they operate at this dealership .
