i was i the market for a 2013 chevy volt. sam came recommended from a co-worker from my office who had leased a 2012 volt from sam last year. sam was very very responsive over email and phone. he wa recommended from a co-worker from my office who had leased a 2012 volt from sam last year. sam was very very responsive over email and phone. he was able to locate a volt at another dealer. sam and i agreed on the lease terms. on the day of delivery i guess the dealer had sold the volt much to my disappointment. in any case, sam sprung to action again to find another volt at a different dealer and i had my new 2013 volt delivered to my office in pasadena. i never had to go to the montebello dealership. based on my comparison shopping experience with other chevy dealers in the los angeles area, i would highly recommend working with sam.
