I've been taking my vehicles to him for over 10 years and he is the reason I keep coming back to Naperville Chevy. I know I can trust him with the care and servicing of my vehicles. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and an advocate for the consumer/vehicle owner. To me, he is the face of the dealership and I will follow his advice and guidance in the servicing and care of my three Chevy vehicles. Thank you Sean! More

Thank you Sherri Pacchiano!! I recently visited Chevy of Naperville for a service on a non-Chevy vehicle and I received such excellent care and attention regardless of the fact I I recently visited Chevy of Naperville for a service on a non-Chevy vehicle and I received such excellent care and attention regardless of the fact I was not arriving in a Chevy. I was so happy with the results of the service and cannot recommend Sherri enough. She is delightful to work with and I can say the same for all of the Chevy staff I came into contact with, from the moment I drove in to the time I paid my invoice. Thank you!! More

I used to own a 2004 Ford Crown Vic. The car broke down on Odgen Ave. Right across from Dan Wolf Chevrolet Of Naperville Store. The water pump blew anti-freeze all over the place. Lori Devega was so helpfu on Odgen Ave. Right across from Dan Wolf Chevrolet Of Naperville Store. The water pump blew anti-freeze all over the place. Lori Devega was so helpful to help me make the repair on a Ford vehicle in a Chevy Shop!!! I was so impress. While waiting for the repair. Emily Smith came to me and asked if she could help me. I told Emily what type of vehicle I needed for work, and for coaching soccer. Emily search & search until Emily found me a 2008 Chevy Tahoe. I saw the vehicle and said Okay. Then Emily took me to see Manager Jim and then Sammy Saad. They all worked very hard to find a vehicle & financing for it. It was a great experiance!!! More

Sherri is very nice for a sales person she has good follow up and believes in what she is selling I cam in for a oil change and left with a new car and she did work with me to get what I wanted. I have had regular maintenance for my truck over the past 7 years and have always had very good service. There has been a difference the past year or so when I have had Lori DeVega my service consultant. S 7 years and have always had very good service. There has been a difference the past year or so when I have had Lori DeVega my service consultant. She has displayed an ideal for customer service. Customer service isn't found very often these days, but Lori must be from the old school; her ability to explain what has happened to my truck and then go on to inform me of what needs to be done to repair it in layman terms is truly top notch. All of the service consultants are very good as well as the mechanics at this dealership, but Lori kicks that bar up another level. I have never had any misgivings in leaving my truck there for regular maintenance, or for the rare repair. More

I've always known the staff at Horizon to be very polite over the past 15 years, but I had an emergency repair/service situation that really proved how professional their service dept really is. <br>The bat over the past 15 years, but I had an emergency repair/service situation that really proved how professional their service dept really is. <br>The battery in my company fleet car (Grand Prix) proved defective and the local Pontiac dealership refused to service the car due to the service plan HP uses (GE), Horizon provided assistance not only as expected regarding the service plan but also picked up the warranty replacement of the battery. They took the car immediately since it was non-functioning and had it repaired and ready as promised! <br>All of their staff was very friendly and a great pleasure to work with! More
