My Review Of Chevrolet of Naperville:
I had visited a competing dealer the day before, looking for a 2014 Equinox 2LT. My wife and I had found one, but it wasn't the perfect color, with the exact features we wanted. I checked out Naperville's site and found THE ONE for us. I sent an email and had a call from Dan within 30 minutes, and planned to see the car during my lunch break. However, in the mean time, we found the car had be sold the night before, but there was one in line with what we wanted in color, but a few extra features we didn't need. Dan and Kevin were able to beat the price on the vehicle we saw the night before, and the one they had in stock had navigation and was the color we wanted. After taking the car for the afternoon (what a great option to offer customers), I came back with my wife and Dan was able to offer a great deal for our trade, and from that point we were sold. Kevin walked us through the rest and the experience was phenomenal. We ended our visit with Sammy, who had even better news in the warranty department on the new vehicle. We really enjoyed the visit and the overall experience with this dealer. Another huge plus for us was the loaner program when the car is in service; other dealers didn't offer that. I really look forward to working with these folks for years to come!
