I feel scammed and I probably won’t ever visit this dealership again. The sales person was nice. I liked him, but from there is has been a terrible experience. First they force you to buy the paint and interior protection, because they supposedly apply it when they receive a vehicle and they don’t give you the choice. Second, I feel scammed by the finance manager. He offered us the vehicle with the same monthly payment that the sales manager had, but with the full price warranty included. He was telling us that he would lower our interest rate, but only if we bought the 8 year/ 100,000 at some ridiculous cost. Now it ending up being the same monthly price as we had been told before, so this sounded great. But Being blindsided and given no time to process or think about what was happening. I didn’t realize that we may be getting scammed. He told us that the condition of this deal was that we had to buy the full warranty. I believe that this is called tied selling and is illegal. If I had a redo, I would think twice and remove the warranty. This is not fair to the consumer and I believe that GM should know this is happening as well as all future customers and the BBB. Lastly we found out the day after we bought the vehicle that the usb outlets in the front of the car are not working. We immediately notified our sales person who just told us that the service department is “busy” and had no interest in helping us. My car is 7 days old! I then tried to contact the service department myself, I was told that I could drop my car off and they might be able to look at it “in the next few days”, I asked about a loaner since it was a brand new car, not even a week old at the time and was warranty work, but he said he could put me on a list that was at least 3-4 weeks out with no guarantee. I told him that didn’t work for me. I called another Chevrolet dealer who is getting me in right away, told me that they would have the answer the same day and has some sort of sympathy and compassion for a broken vehicle that was purchased less then a week ago. I will not be going back to the puente hills dealerships unless it is to sort out this warranty issue. More

Was able to take my car in for service of my tires and was in and out of there in no time, the service advisor Pavel was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best price and my car was in and out of there in no time, the service advisor Pavel was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best price and my car got what it needed, was very knowledgeable about what my car needed serviced, I drove out of there very pleased with the service, would definitely go back for service. I seen a car that I was interested in purchasing. I visited the dealership to test drive the car. One of the main reasons I decided to go in person to check out the car was the price. After the test drive I was told the price was $2,500 more than what it was advertised for. I was told the dealership added extras that were not mentioned. It was a waste of time. I have a budget to meet and if I would had known the price was out of range for me I would not had gone to check out that car. Total waste of gas and time, drove fifty five miles to be disappointed. Tried to buy a used car from this dealer but the closer sales person ruined the whole process. I was working w the sale people just fine and then the closer raised the price on the vehicle I was looking at sales person ruined the whole process. With the inflation that’s going on today they need to not tell you about the money they are making but help you survive since they make lots of money when they get their used cars traded in below their value or buy them at the auction at a low price.
