Here to sell a vehicle, we had the price agreed upon, the bill of sale written up, only to have "the president" say he "didn't want" the car. No reason was given for wanting to call off the deal, nor did the person who declined to follow through on the deal bother to come out and explain it to me. No apologies were given, no explanations offered, nothing. Just very rude customer service culminating in a customer lost for life, which is a shame because they had the same color Panamera I'm looking to buy on the floor and would've talked to them about it. I would like to start off with saying I did not do any business with Chicago Motor Cars. I was in the market for a 7 series BMW and noticed a great deal they had on ebay. I went to there dealership to loo business with Chicago Motor Cars. I was in the market for a 7 series BMW and noticed a great deal they had on ebay. I went to there dealership to look at there car and noticed they had another 745 in there back parking lot that looked as if it just came in. I helped myself to look at the car and to make a long story short there was around 80,000 miles on the car so it did not interest me. Approx a week later I came across this same car on there website with around 40,000 miles so I called to verify it was not a mistake. So I went to look at the car to see if maybe they got in the same color car with the same options and sure enough it was the exact car I looked at with less miles. This will def make me look twice on any future car I look at. More
