The second time I had them change the oil the mechanic forgot to add the oil after draining it. After driving ten miles I noticed the oil light was on, checked the oil, added five quarts. The dealer acknowledged the error and noted it. Two years later the engine conked out and every mechanic I asked about this attributed it to the previous oil omission, yet the dealership disputed this. After a threat of legal action, they finally replaced the engine but gave no loaner. More

Lied to in attempt t get me to buy a car they had in stock. 10 days late in delivery. Leather installed wrong. Leather not repaired after they had the car for 2 weeks and 100 miles put in it.
