I have always had a wonderful experience with the service department since coming here. Erin runs a top notch service department and she and her staff are always there for me. I bought a used car in January and the check engine light came on in March. I called service and was told to bring it in. They had my car all day Monday and never called, I got a call on Tuesday to say the came on in March. I called service and was told to bring it in. They had my car all day Monday and never called, I got a call on Tuesday to say they still had not looked at the car and had to charge me a $99.00 diagnosis fee. I told them the car came with a 3 month warranty and they said the warranty does not cover the fee and it may not cover the repairs but they wont know until they diagnose the problem. Then if I authorized the repairs they would waive the fee. I was told the check engine light was typically an emmissions problem and would not be covered by the warranty. I was upset first that I was not told up front when I called to make the appoinment about the fee and second that I would be charged a fee at all on a car the was purchased 2 months ago and had a 3 month warranty. I went to the General Manager Roy who told me they had to charge the fee to pay the mechanics and that I should have considered buying the extended warranty. When I told him that was a terrible way to do business and treat your customers he told me that he would not help me because I was being rude. I never raised my voice or used any fowl language when talking to Roy. If the check engine light had come on after the warranty period I would not have a problem but if you sell me a used car with a 3 month warranty and after 2 months there is a problem I would expect an honest dealership would take car of the problem. Run don't walk away from Adventure when looking for your next vehicle. More
I've never been one for taking my car to the dealer for an oil change, but the coupons I receive, the loaner car, and the friendly service make it worth the few extra miles I have to go to have my car serv an oil change, but the coupons I receive, the loaner car, and the friendly service make it worth the few extra miles I have to go to have my car serviced in Willoughby. I always service my vehicles here and recieve excellent service. The only complaint I have is that I never get a car wash after my Jeep is serviced, it's either closed or being repaired. It's the one thing that I expect when I get my oil changed and it really only gets washed every 4th or 5th oil change. I also have had to use their body shop and they do great work and the price was lower than what they quoted me! More
Everyone was very helpful. I had to have my jeep checked out because of a recall notice I received. It needed work and I had an appointment, so they lent me a car so I could do what I needed to do.
