Thank you very much for taking the time to share your thoughts and experience. We have recently had our car wash system replaced, which should help with our repair concerns. We also try to have our car wash open as frequently as possible - during this winter season we have experienced a lot of days below freezing, and we have found that frozen door locks and weatherstrips can occur after the car wash. We do not want to cause any damages or inconvenience for our customers as I can hope you understand.
