Currently not happy with the service department of this dealership. The sales department is great. The financing guys are great. The service department is nice and polite when you first get there but a dealership. The sales department is great. The financing guys are great. I had to take my newly purchased 2020 Jeep Cherokee in for service because there was noise coming from the front end. They were very accommodating at first. They thought they fixed the issue but I had to return again for the same complaint. I had to leave my vehicle there so they could investigate and they gave me a loaner to use. Grateful for that. However, I have called several times to check on the progress and lately all I get are non returned calls or call dodging. I have been waiting since January 22, 2022 for some information on my vehicle. (Yes, it's been there this long to investigate a noise) I have been patient. I'm fed up with the response or lack there of concerning this situation. Someone please fix this! More

Problem Finally Solved...!!! We had been having a rather tricky problem with the heating system on my car. It has been in intermittent problem that was not easy to solve. When th We had been having a rather tricky problem with the heating system on my car. It has been in intermittent problem that was not easy to solve. When the problem would occur, by the time we were able to take the car in, the problem fixed itself (temporarily). Some time ago, we had it go out again. We were able to bring the car in while it was happening. The technicians tried one fix, it did not last two days. They did a second fix. It has better success, but again, the problem came back in an intermittent fashion. Though lately it was occurring more often. We brought it in once more. This time they tracked down a short in the heater blower motor. They were finally able to fix it once and for all! So far, so good. The heat is once more working like it is supposed to! Thanks again guys for a tricky job well done! More
