TO ADD ICING ON THE CAKE, AN ERROR WAS MADE SOMEWHERE ALONG THE LINE AND ONE DAY AFTER THE DELIVERY OF MY 2011 CAR, I NOTED IT WAS MISSING AN ESSENTIAL PART WHICH I REQUIRED AND HAD TO BE FACTORY INSTALLED. WHEN I POINTED IT OUT TO THEM, THEY ASKED ME TO IMMEDIATELY BRING THE CAR BACK AND THEY WERE GOING TO ORDER ME A BRAND NEW ONE. THEY TOOK BACK THE VEHICLE AND PUT IT INTO STOCK AND I AM NOW AWAITING THE ARRIVAL OF MY THIRD YUKON XL. THESE PEOPLE FEEL LIKE FAMILY TO ME, AND TREAT ME AS SUCH.
