Tim was a tremendous asset to your company in this transaction. He kept me constantly updated on what was going on with my vehicle while I was on vacation. Was disappointed with the lack of clear communication of what was discovered after the prior two appointments did not appear to resolve the issue. Then truck was being held at the dealership until the occu what was discovered after the prior two appointments did not appear to resolve the issue. Then truck was being held at the dealership until the occurrence was to happen again. It wasn’t until I called back to the dealership, and was informed of this decision, that I was forced to make a time line of when I needed the truck back, knowing it was a primary work truck of ours.
