Purchased a Pathfinder and had issues within two weeks with the apple-play as well as two other radio problems. Could not get any after sales help from management. Sales rep was unable to help and then I with the apple-play as well as two other radio problems. Could not get any after sales help from management. Sales rep was unable to help and then I guess stopped answering my calls when he couldn’t find an answer. Called over a dozen time in a few days and no one would help with a brand new car, 2 weeks old and less than 300 miles when problems happened. Left messages and no return calls. Spoke to two managers that transferred me to voicemails. Drove up while the problem was happening and asked them to look at the issue. Service said they didn’t need to look at it as it was probably a software issue. After having my car for a week, they could not duplicate the issue and released the Pathfinder back to me. Within 20 minutes of driving it home, the issue still continued. I am dealing with Nissan directly now as I do not have faith in Ciocca. When you call, they tell you about their service, don’t believe it. I heard that message every time I called which frustrated me as I couldn’t get any service. Service team is friendly, but the loaner car I was provided was dirty, smelled, and had 3 different peoples personal information left inside. Sales and finance were great to deal with on the day of purchasing. More

When I pulled my car at Quakertown Ciocca immediately a Nice young man Kevin C came out to greet my mom and I. Kevin was very helpful and respectful. We were offered water during our process. We had a very easy and fluid experience. We set up an appointment with Sara and Alex, and although we had to move it twice due to weather conditions, we finally connected on the third go. We had already done a bit of research on the car we wanted, and Orlando Burgos, the sales rep at Ciocca Nissan, patiently helped us figure out if the car we had selected was really “the one”. He even drove my wife and I over to the Ciocca Ford dealership to have us compare the Nissan to a Ford. After reviewing the car features on the showroom floor, each test-driving the car (as well as a comparator Ford) and discussing the numbers, we made a deal. The whole process was seamless. And then Jake Pacheco helped with the financing and the signing of documents. This was the second car we’d bought from a Ciocca dealership and we would probably come back. If you’re looking at a Nissan, look Orlando up — he is personable and knowledgeable and will work hard to earn your business. More
