This was far and away the greatest car buying experience that I ever had for my 2022 Subaru Legacy Touring XT!! Transparency and speed from start to finish! Sales Person Wyatt phenomenal, attentive, cool, k that I ever had for my 2022 Subaru Legacy Touring XT!! Transparency and speed from start to finish! Sales Manager Brad, above and beyond, figured out a few things that I had questions on and secured the vehicle that I needed from their inbound inventory. Got my accessories added at port before the car arrived, called me at 8:30am the day my car came in to schedule the smoothest delivery ever!! When I arrived that afternoon to pick up the car I told them I had an hour and needed to get back down I-95 before traffic for an appointment and they rolled out the red carpet. If I waited 3 minutes for my Finance person to come out, that was a long time lol. Oh and speaking of Finance, I brought my own funds from my credit union and was treated exactly the same by Guido the manager as someone taking dealer financing. He went over the products I could Porsches with detail and ease, he paused and let me go do a quick look at my new car that Wyatt pulled into the delivery area right behind Guidos office. When I stopped Guido because I trade my cars every 12 months and told him he was great at his job, but I didn’t need extras, his demeanor stayed the exact same. I cannot say enough about this dealership! I will definitely be back and refer anyone to them! More
