My Review of Circle BMW:
Although partially luck, I happened to come across a 2003 M3 on their lot, nearly mint condition and with 25,000 miles! They gave me a phenomenal price and their customer service was superb. I am still speechless that i happened to find such a nice car for such a great price hopefully it will be as good to me as the people in the dealership were! Tathiana was a great sales woman and worked with me very well. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My Review of Circle BMW:
Recently I had a problem with the fuel system on a 1987 325i. After being unable to solve the problem myself I took the car to Circle BMW for service. The service adviser was very knowledgeable about the car and took a considerable amount of time going over each item with me. In addition the service tech who did the repairs was extremely good and has an extensive knowledge of the series car I have. Even though it is over 20 years old it was treated exactly the same care as a car that was 20 days old. I am impressed with the results, the work was top notch and the price was very fair. I would recommend Circle BMW to anyone for repair work. Circle BMW service is honest, fair, and they do excellent work. Give them a try!

My Review of Circle BMW:
I had been looking for a new car for a long time and wanted a 328 Convertable BMW. I had tried to buy the car from various dealerships through the normal sales channel, the showroom salesman. It was not a pleasant experience and had just about given up. I decided to try the internet.

My internet experience with Deanna Riley was great. She found me the exact car I wanted and the price I wanted. It was very easy and went smoothly from start to finish. Deanna was very nice to deal with and the transition to the person who delivered the car to me was seemless. I have recommended Deanna and Cirlce BMW to many of my friends.

I've purchased cars from Eric for over a decade. The fifth one just a few months ago from CIRCLE BMW. Eric / CIRCLE BMW gave me a good price for my trade in and sold me an excellent used car. The car was clean, runs well and has given my daughter thousands of miles of service. I was treated to fast, courteous and friendly service.

My Review of Circle BMW:
This was my first experience in the "luxury" car market and I now realize what separates these dealerships from others. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and level of expertise at Circle BMW. Eric Krentzman was informative, honest and fair in his evaluaiton of my trade in, the pre-owned cars on the lot and the finances and immediately knew what car was for me. financially, I did not have a lot of "wiggle" room and told him what I wanted to pay per month and how important safety was for my family and I. In less than 10 minutes I was sitting in the car that I would buy only an hour later. He walked me through everything that I asked him to and I did not feel rushed in any way. This was important since I knew very little about BMWs. It felt like something more than just a sale when I dealt with Eric and I was/am appreciative of that because of my bad experiences elsewhere. Since the day I bought the car I have called Eric a number of times and he has responded promptly and succinctly.
My experience with this purchase has allowed me to not only ride in a car but to enjoy a car more than I ever have.
All aspects of my experience at Circle BMW, Eric and the service thus far has been spectacular and it is without hesitation that I consistently recommend your dealership and BMWs to others. Thank you.

I stopped by Circle BMW the other day to enquire about parts and service for my 1997 M3. Tim was extremely helpful and knowledeable, located the parts I needed, and also helped determine what I should consider replacing for my Inspection II service. I was on my way quickly but will definitely be using Tim as my trusted service advisor going forward.
