Brought my M3 to the dealership due to issues with electronic faults.

Tim and the service team was a pleasure to deal with.

Everything was taken care of!

They went above and beyond the standard by voluntarily replacing potentially faulty parts.

Could not ask for more!

My Review of Circle BMW:
My 6 series was having electrical problems causing it to stall. I contacted Circle BMW and within 2 hours the car was pick up and a loaner car left for me.

I was notifed by phone within 1 hour that the Service Department needed the car overnight to properly diagnose the problem. Contact was made the next morning and I was told that an in-warranty part was needed. It was in stock (altinator). I was then called again and told the car was properly repaired, washed and ready for pick-up or delivery. I have always been greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable service staff and they get it done for me...the first time and on time. Circle BMW Service Department is among the best!

My Review of Circle BMW:
Bought a '07 550i last year. Sales person (Tathiana) was very friendly. I didn't need much advise since I knew exactly what I wanted. Paid list price, but with new model year and European delivery negotiations were not much of an option anyway. However, the money for my trade-in was less than I had expected.
Had it in for service once, "Low Oil Level" warning. SA said the level was correct, but there was a known problem with the sensor and I should call them if it happens again. After I spoke with my sales person she arranged that the sensor and oil were changed.
The perts department is very good, lowest prices around and staff is helpful.
Overall I'm very satisfied with this dealership. They even offered a loaner for a BMW that I bought at a different dealership. And the new facility in Eatontown is very nice and conveniently located just across the Motor Vehicle Services.

tried a bait and switch - rude - spoke to customer waiting in the service department and they were all complaining about the quality of work they perform so i left and went to another dealership

Why does Circle think they are doing me a favor by selling me a car? I have never been so insulted in my life with they way I was treated. I am younger and I was ready to order. They basically blew me off for anotherr person who must have looked more "serious" . I placed my order that day with Passport BMW in MD and have not looked back. I know Circle is about the best for parts, stay far away for new or used car sales!

bmw dealership in New Jersey & doesn't discount their cars one cent off of list price - in fact they price their cars over list.

My Review of Circle BMW:
Ordered many parts from them in the past. Good prices, never had a complaint -- although I suspect that a steering wheel I bought was a take off and sold to me as new. Ordered a replacement part for my car, but the part number was wrong. They could not find the right number, and although I was promised a call back by one employee the others seemed to not give a crap. While one guy on the phone apologizes for day crew not calling me back, I over hear the other guys talking crap in the back. Finally just asked for return auth for the part. BMW NA is completely useless and also does not return calls. Will not buy from again. Good customer service really counts when you have a problem, not when its business as usual.

My Review of Circle BMW:
Went shopping for my next BMW (2003 325cic) last weekend. I kinda hoped that after purchasing 3 cars from Circle and spending over $10,000 in their service department; I would be afforded some assistence in finding the car I wanted. Instead, I was given an "insulting" offer on my trade in and told that they would not be able to find a 2003 car for me. I was offered a 2004 model at MSRP as the best that they could offer. I went on the internet the next day a found many suitable models available in NJ. Needless to say, JMK was able to sell me the car I wanted at a price that was considerably below MSRP. I guess Circle puts zero stock in "customer loyality" I will say that the service department has always seemed fair and knowledgeable; so I guess the rule of thumb is just to buy your car somewhere else and have it serviced here :)
