He was very informative and straightforward in his approach which made me choose this dealership over a competitor as I felt confident in the information I was given from John. Also, everyone at the dealership including Frank the sales manager and the head of service took very good care of me. The car had a small problem with the window when I went to pick it up and they had it fixed within a couple of hours and gave me a gift to boot. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new BMW. More

After deciding to purchase the BMW X3 over the Lexus 350, I neg My initial experience with Circle BMW wasn’t what I expected from a luxury car brand. After deciding to purchase the BMW X3 over the Lexus 350, I negotiated a purchase price with a client advisor whose approach was somewhat reminiscent of a used-car-salesman, e.g. pleasant conversation until you broached the topic of price discounts and trade-in-value. I was also surprised when I was given the pink purchase order form with no detailed information, e.g. vehicle color, trim, packages, options, etc., and asked to sign the form. I was then assigned Danny Wong as my client advisor and there was a marked change in service. Danny was courteous and prompt when replying to emails and phone calls and I never felt as if he was bothered by my numerous questions and request for vehicle status updates. He was very knowledgeable with all the vehicle packages and options but never tried to push or upsell the items. On delivery day, the dealership was quite busy and Danny was serving other clients; however, he made it a point to get me through the finance department as quickly as possible. I would recommend asking for Danny if you come to this dealership. More

We started actively looking a few months ago and the type of car we were interested in became available. The purchasing process was smooth and we were able to buy our car. A very good experience. Robert was happy to walk me through each finance options, inventory details, national offers published on BMW webpage, and patiently explained every details. He also discussed with me the pricing details on my trade-in. I went to the dealership and there were no surprise or hidden costs. No up-sell or pressure negotiations. While BMW Genius was helping me get up to speed on the car Robert was working the paper work. When I returned all paper work was ready. I signed the paper work and off went home. The best car purchase experience I have had ever. Literally two hours the transaction was done. Entire staff was very professional, courteous, and accomodating. More
