I went to Circle BMW for the sole purpose of appeasing my daughter Lisa. Lisa felt I should look into a BMW instead of buying another Mercrdes. Upon arriving at Circle BMW I was greeted by Deanna Riley who proceeded to show me a number of X5's on the lot & show room. She took me for a test drive and I was amazed at the car's driving capabilities & the options available to me. Deanna was very informative . Upon returning Deanna reviewed pricing with me and worked very closely with me to arrive at a reasonable price. We even looked into the advantages and disadvantages of buying and leasing so that I was most comfortable finacially with either approach. Even though it was not my initial intent to buy that evening I decided to go for it. When I picked the car up at Circle BMW I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of personal attension I received from Deanna & Anthony (tech expert). They spent close to an hour explaining each & every item in the car and having me take it through the paces. At the end of the day they made the whole experience of buying a new car a real pleasure. When I drop my car off for Service it is always proptly checked in and I meet right away with Tim, my S Vehicle" that occasionally requires repairs. Although partially luck, I happened to come across a 2003 M3 on their lot, nearly mint condition and with 25,000 miles! They gave me a phenomenal price and their customer service was superb. Recently I had a problem with the fuel system on a 1987 325i. After being unable to solve the problem myself I took the car to Circle BMW for service. The service adviser was very knowledgeable about the car and took a considerable amount of time going over each item with me. In addition the service tech who did the repairs was extremely good and has an extensive knowledge of the series car I have. Even though it is over 20 years old it was treated exactly the same care as a car that was 20 days old. I am impressed with the results, the work was top notch and the price was very fair. I would recommend Circle BMW to anyone for repair work. Circle BMW service is honest, fair, and they do excellent work. Give them a try! More
