I was a returning customer at Circle BMW intending to purchase an X5.However, every X5 on the lost was covered with white compund, a substance which can not be removed, on all the black trim and running purchase an X5.However, every X5 on the lost was covered with white compund, a substance which can not be removed, on all the black trim and running boards. One air conditioning button was sticky and would not work correctly. Very sloppy detailing work. The price on the new car was reasonable.However the offer on the BMW traded in was embarrassing, until I was walking out the door. Not a good technique. We really had a great experience at Circle BMW while loooking for and purchasing our vehicle. It's a great driving machine. A BMW is a new experience to us, so we relied on Jackie to explain some of the numerous features of the vehicle. Her courtesy and professionalism was excellent. It was only a short offer and counteroffer regimen wherein we reached our agreed to sales price. I thought it was really reasonable considering the excellent condition of the vehicle. We are happy, and I suspect we will be a repeat Circle BMW customer based on our current experience and excellent pricing of our new [to us] 545I. Everything was explained to us clearly and we were not pressured on any aspect of additional coverage/protection. We are really happy. More

I recently leased my second BMW from Circle BMW. Once again, it was a most pleasant experience. My original inquiry was sent via email as I was responded to within 24 hours. My schedule can be a bit hectic, but Mr. Richardson was very accomdating and I had no problem scheduling an appointment at my leisure. Once there, I did not feel pressured or rushed. In fact, the salesman just let me ask my questions and let me go through the decision making process at my own pace. As with my first experience, financing was a breeze and I was able to do much of the paperwork via fax. Even though as I stated before I was most satisfied with my first leasing experience with Circle BMW...I did do some shopping around online with other dealerships in NJ. I found that I did receive receive responses to my inquiries..but not in a timely fashion and I could not get a correspondance that simply answered my questions and provided me with numbers. All I seemed to get was a lot of phone messages saying, 'I have the information you requested...please call me back" When I did return calls, I didn't get any specific information. So, if you are looking to be treated honestly and fairly and are looking for the best prices around..you need to look no further than Circle BMW. Good luck! More
Brought my M3 to the dealership due to issues with electronic faults. Tim and the service team was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was taken care of! Bought a '07 550i last year. Sales person (Tathiana) was very friendly. I didn't need much advise since I knew exactly what I wanted. Paid list price, but with new model year and European delivery negotiations were not much of an option anyway. However, the money for my trade-in was less than I had expected. Had it in for service once, "Low Oil Level" warning. SA said the level was correct, but there was a known problem with the sensor and I should call them if it happens again. After I spoke with my sales person she arranged that the sensor and oil were changed. The perts department is very good, lowest prices around and staff is helpful. Overall I'm very satisfied with this dealership. They even offered a loaner for a BMW that I bought at a different dealership. And the new facility in Eatontown is very nice and conveniently located just across the Motor Vehicle Services. More
