Top of the line experience at Circle BMW in Eatontown, NJ today 7/18/23. Was greeted promptly, even tho I was 45 min late to my appointment. The checkin was smooth and Jesse the service advisor that checked me in was super helpful, suggested some great incentives to take care of my 2015 JCW roadster, offered to wash it 🤩👏👏. Described what services would be preformed and total cost. I waited for my oil and spark plugs to be changed it took about an hour and a half. The dealerships customer lounge is very clean and welcoming, including the receptionist greeting me and my pup 🐶 Cinnamon offering a complimentary waste container with bags. I had a great double espresso and some snacks. Checked out some awesome new vehicles and by the time I was done looking around my car service was complete. 💯💯💯 payment was easy, I forgot my wallet and they take Apple Pay. 🌟🌟followed by a inspection video of the undercarriage, hoses, suspension, breaks and fluid levels. ✅✅✅ Even considering purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership. #greatservice #BMW #bmwXI More
