This was our first time to Circle BMW in Eatontown NJ. Our decision to visit the dealership was based upon Great Customer Service reviews. We met with Ziggy Grzejka, what can I say, what a nice guy and his amazing Customer Service from the moment we walked in the door. We have never experienced this type of business in all our years of car buying and leasing. Our questions and concerns were answered honestly and our requests were honored. The process was painless and we were not aggravated with negotiating games. No one should have to dread going to buy a new car, this was amazing and we were so happy when we drove out of the dealership with our New car on the very same day. Also, Thank you to Anthony Paparella in the Financing Department for being clear and direct when answering our questions and for making the paperwork quick and easy. I can’t say enough good things about Circle BMW. I’ve been bringing my car there for service for 10 years, and Ray Wagner has always treated me like family. When I was ready to upgrade, I asked him who he’d recommend, and he connected me with Justin Pastore. From our very first conversation, I knew I could trust him. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and found me the perfect X3. Justin is patient, kind, and incredibly professional. He truly puts his customers first. Upon request, he also had all the paperwork ready in advance so the actual purchase took less than an hour. You don’t find many sales managers like Justin. He’s simply the best. I’d also like to give a shout out to Brian Valentine, who walked me through all the features and set up the car exactly how I like it.
