Circle Infiniti - Service Center

I have a 2006 Q56. I bought it from a private seller and I noted on the carfax that there was a open recall on it. I called several dealers to make a appointment, but none were willing to see me right away. I noted on the carfax that there was a open recall on it. I reached Pam at Circle Infinity and she stated I could bring it in today and that she would be glad to help me. When I arrived to meet Pam, she informed me that there were two open recalls on the car, and offered me a loaner car for the day because it would take a while to complete the service. ( I didn't even buy the car from them )Then a gentleman named Tony Marino came to welcome me to the dealership and made me feel right at home. He gave me his card and told me if there was anything that he could do for me to make my visit more pleasant to please call him. I have never been treated this well from a dealership that I bought a car from let alone from one that I did not buy from. I will certianly buy my next car from them and I will use them for all my service needs till then. Thanks again Pam and Tony. You guys are GREAT!!!!!! More

Todd is the man. I tell this to everyone. He does not xxxxxxxx you about what's wrong with the car. He does not xxxxxxxx you about what needs to be done and what shouldnt be done. He tells you what is re xxxxxxxx you about what's wrong with the car. He does not xxxxxxxx you about what needs to be done and what shouldnt be done. He tells you what is recommended to be done. And quite frankly, if you're looking for different parts, Todd will look and give you very competitive prices. Basically speaking, if you need XYZ, Todd will provide you XYZ. Todd's service is excellent. He keeps you updated about what is going on with the car if you decide to wait. If not, he always provides a loaner car for you and will call you to let you know what's up with your car. Ray Catena in Edison is 5 minutes from my house. Although close, their service sucks (see their review). Thus, I am always more than willing to drive over an hour for CIRCLE INFINITI, for this guy, my man, Todd Rovinsky, which is exactly what I do every time I need something done. TODD IS THE MAN. More

Looking back from the first time I went to Circle when i Looking back from the first time I went to Circle when i first bought my used Infiniti G35 Coupe, i wanted to get some minor warranty work done sin Looking back from the first time I went to Circle when i first bought my used Infiniti G35 Coupe, i wanted to get some minor warranty work done since I had the Elite extended warranty package on my car. Well, I ran into a problem since the NJ DMV made an error on my title which they stated it was a salvaged title which it wasnt. Todd continously nonstop helped me by keeping me updated with Infiniti Corp while I waited for NJ DMV to fix my title. Finally, when I got my corrected title Todd gave me the great service which exceded my expectations. In the past with my previous car (Acura TL) Acura service was not that great. The service department lacked everything that Circle Infiniti has done and provided for me. For example, I never was provided a loaner car since they were always out of them and they treated me like a joe schmo off the street and not a customer so each time i would have to get a ride home. Circle has given me a loaner car every single time I was there with no excuses. Todd and Circle treat me as if I were part of the family and they always in a great friendly, cheerful mood. Over the last 2 years of owning my G35 Coupe, I have went back to Todd numerous times and he has helped me out every single time to get the problems with my car worked out, from minor to major problems. Just the service alone has made me think about my next car which will definately be an Infiniti again. Todd went from being my service advisor to a good friend throughout the time iv been going there. Also Jim R in parts and Joe E who works on my car are also very good friends who Iv known for some time. Alot of friends of mine who own Infinitis' also go to Todd for his excellent service. Circle and Todd have great reviews on numerous Infiniti forums. Thats how great they are that people can take the time to post positive reviews for others to read. Todd Rovinsky, my service advisor, is on my top thre a sales relationship, but from my very first service the only place I went was Circle Infiniti. Todd Rovinsky, my service advisor, is on my top three 'greatest service advisors' list. I never needed to ask for something twice, he always took time to explain everything to me, there was always a loaner car waiting for me, and my car was always done on time or sooner, washed and clean upon pickup. I strongly recommend anyone to deal with Circle Infiniti service, and definitely look Todd up when you go. He will restore your faith in the dignity of auto dealer service advisors! More
