The service team at City Ford in Columbia City Indiana are exceptional! When I brought my 2019 F150 in for a PCM recall, I had several questions about what was going on with my truck. They took the time to answer all my questions with courtesy and respect. The team provided me with more information than I could ever expected. I had them give me an estimate for some routine maintenance that I want to get done along with a few parts that I need to get replaced. The estimate I received is quite the investment, but they did not mislead me or try to talk me into anything I do not need. I received Excellent customer service and plan to schedule my truck back with them here real soon to complete the estimate services. More
