I have had nothing but trouble with the vehicle I purchased. First issue was it had the Ford “death wobble” on my drive home from purchasing it. When looking into what was causing this, it was noti purchased. First issue was it had the Ford “death wobble” on my drive home from purchasing it. When looking into what was causing this, it was noticed that the outside of the tires that were presented looked great, however, the inside of the tires were extremely cracked and dry rotted. After $1100 for new tires and having all the front steering replaced, it’s now having transmission issues. This has been my experience with the truck I purchased from City Automall/ City Ford and I haven’t even made my first payment. Derek More

My experience -Bought a used car from them, which was a trade in prior. With temperature fluctuations, I came out of work to see a flat tire. Turns out the valve stem was corroded. This was two weeks after trade in prior. With temperature fluctuations, I came out of work to see a flat tire. Turns out the valve stem was corroded. This was two weeks after the sale. Blake stated that this was not covered under the plan I selected. I said some things I regret. Yet they were gracious enough to replace the Valve stem and tire sensor free of charge.
