I went to the dealer ship for their push,pull, drag sale but received way more than I could have asked for. The moment I walked in Dave Anderson was there and greeting me immediately. He was very pleasant and listened to my needs as a customer and not as a sales number and treated my family and I above and beyond a new customer and listened to what we needed and not what our max dollar limit could be and fit us into something that works for us and our budget which is very important these days. From the minute we walked out on the lot to the test drive he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.He worked within what we could afford as the consumer. I looked at a 2008 Dodge Caliber and when going throuh the paperwork was introduced to Shawn Peterson who worked with the new cars and with the financing. He talked to my wife and I about all our options and our budget/pricing we could work within and low and behold we now are proud owners of a 2010(Black Pearl) Dodge Avenger SXT, which was right in our line of what we could afford.After all the paperwork was completed(which by the way was very easy and laid back and went quickly but very thorough of everything about the financing and our warranty options etc.)Dave brought our car into the delivery area and went over evry option, function warranty detail everything to the point I did not have to ask him anything as he spelled it all out and was very knowledgable about the product line,safety features and options on the car. This is a person you would like to deal with all the time as great customer service like this is hard to find these days but they all did it to a "T". It is a beautiful car and it was all made possible by the three gentleman who worked with us. Everything was very relaxed and no pressure which made me even more impressed. Just from this experience alone made me know I picked the right dealer and I will be in for all my maintanence and also will be bringing wy wifes Jeep Liberty in for all its regular service, you just gained a customer for life. I have already told about 15 people of my great experience and how they treat you like a person and not just dollar signs. I also would like to thank John Dearing in finance for the work he did to make this all possible, it was just an all around pleasant atmosphere. I will see you in a couple of months for my first service and in the future definately for our next vehicle. I don't want to get crazy with this review but it is hard not to. Our background with Don Veierstahler goes back 3 Generations from my Grandfather to my Father to my Wife and I as well many other people I have sent his way. Between all of my friends and especially my immediate family Don has provided us with 20 vehicles and once again that is exactly where I went back to just like every other time. I have also used his experience and knowledge to help me buy my company trucks over the past 11 years. His attitude and expertice in the auto bussiness has know equal. Don's approach to sales catches buy pleasant suprise when you find out he doesn't treat any customer with out giving you ful kindness and yet respect for what you have to say for imput on vehicle you are considering. Like always I call Don with my story of what I am looking for and when I show up it is like coming to hang out with one of my best friends, except even though he could just be comfortable with the situation he is always prepared for me with options I can consider. I bought my car from their used car lot back in april 2010 with that I have 3 years of oil changes at theheir brookfield location. Since then they have been nothing but a headache. My back wiper was brok 2010 with that I have 3 years of oil changes at theheir brookfield location. Since then they have been nothing but a headache. My back wiper was broken and they had to fix they couldn't answer any questions on my warrenty. I had my check engine light come and I stopped in to ask them about it and they to my face said I didn't buy my car from them. Now I'm in redeeming one of my oil changes that I made an appointment for 2 days in advance and I have to sit and wait while they go pick up an oil filter for my car. I will never buy from them again and I'm about at the point where the free oil changes aren't worth it More
