The service and attention I received from Franco was great. The repair itself was covered under warranty and given the extent of the job, it was likely completed in a timely manner (2 full days to repla great. The repair itself was covered under warranty and given the extent of the job, it was likely completed in a timely manner (2 full days to replace evap core) and seems to work at least However, in the process of doing the repair my sun visor was broken which would have taken less than 5 minutes to fix (looks to be one bolt). And I can't imagine how a tech could have done that and not noticed. Critically I had a sentimental charm from Japan hanging off the visor clip that was broken. It is nowhere to be found. So the tech either took it, trashed it or it fell into the open dash and is now stuck there. I cannot replace the charm and after asking them to look for it at the dealership, I was simply told to come in and speak to management. I'm out of town and by the time I'm back, I'm sure it will be long gone. This made me look at the rest of the repair and I noticed the dash was haphazardly put together in multiple places and I had to unclip and reclip it all back in properly myself. I also noticed multiple grease stains on the dash and seats which hopefully will wipe out. This now makes me question the quality of the actual repair that I can't see given how little care was taken on the parts I can see (plus the damage) More
