They had 2 cars I wanted to look at specifically. Ray did a great job educating me on the engineering, strength, and features of Volkswagen and of the Toureg model while test driving and over my visit. My plan was to look at the new Lexus 350 that day as well. He sold me on everything VW had to offer and the strengths over Lexus in a very relaxed and non confrontational or "salesy" manner. Ray was genuine and straight forward. You don't need to haggle over the pricing either as they list excellent pricing over other VW dealerships. The close was also effortless and smooth. Definitely worth the trip downtown. Love this car! More

A knowledgeable & warm experience I walked into this dealership & drove out with my new VW Tiguan. Seriously, my intention was to walk in & look over the dealership's inventory. I got a very good deal on my trade-in and a good deal on my new 2017 VW Golf TSI purchased the first day of 2018. I found this dealer on the Internet but couldn't find very many customer reviews. I was pleased with the purchase but felt the entire process took too long from start to finish. There were no service people there on January 1st so our salesman had to wash the vehicle and prepare it for purchase. This seemed to take him a while to do. I also feel as if they were talking fast too try to confuse me on the warranty offers as well as the SWAT Recovery system. More
