I went into the dealership to turn in my 2011 leased Jetta for a new 2013 lease. The Sales Consultant Javier Reyes was AMAZING!! He truly went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations! He really worked hard to get me what I wanted and I really could not be happier. I cannot say enough about how pleasant my experience was. The finance guy Al was amazing as well. Every single person that I met at the dealership was very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be back for my next car and I will try to refer as many people as I can. As a first time new car buyer, I didn't know what to expect when I walked through the doors. Alex was the first one to come over to me and ask if there was something in particular that I wanted. He was a very nice and friendly guy who knew the answer to every one of my questions. After settling on the car, trim, options, and color that i wanted, we began the paperwork. Unfortunately for me, the color I wanted wasn't available, but Alex made sure he would find another car with all the same options but with my back-up color. Still, that wasn't possible, but he was able to get me a car with my third choice color. Overall, I'm very happy and I had an excellent experience.
