(Jokingly, the advisor stated that my car was left running, just in case it needed a boost, to get it started!) If that was true, did it need a boost after the repairs were completed? (Maybe he was being coy, but this was one of the main reasons I brought it in.) I felt he was totally insensative and unprofessional in his demeanor. I didn't find that comment funny at all! I don't think they checked everything, as requested. He was told that a repair was needed and my insurance would take care of it, but he failed to reach out to the Geico representative, whose name and number was given to him as I checked in. Instead, he included that cost, with the estimate of repairs. This is the second time I have been to this dealership for repairs and it will be my last. Refusal to check safety issues as notified by GM. No requested complimentary wash for waiting and no call back when asked to speak to this Service advisor, always sent to voicemail. I know the dealership is in to make sales, but when certain suggestions were refused, because of the costs involved, ($1400.00), you begin to feel that you need to make your presence scarce. I paid for what I could afford and the advisor did not document all items addressed. If I have any more problems with the repairs I paid for, I will notify other GM representatives on a higher level. I promise! More

They did not check the tires or fill my washer fluid, everything that was on the receipt was not done! My starter failed because of oil saturation! They did not make it right! They charged me 600 plus dollars and will not own up to they're mistake! More
