To begin with the car had to be towed to the Dealership a 2nd. time. 8 days to repair my car & they don't offer loaners, nor did they tell me that I could get a rental & be reimbursed for it. This car is still under warranty, so far it has had 2 batteries replaced, 2 Fuel pumps replaced, multiple trips to get the rear camera repaired. Plus I paid to have the original tires replaced which were defective. I called GM to complain & see if they could help. The answer was they would get back to me in 3 days. The GM rep. that called me back mentioned that the Service Manager said that they had trouble contacting me to let me know the car was ready. I offered to show her the phone call log on my phone so that she could see that that was just not right. Buying the car was a pleasurable experience. My dealings with service have been just the opposite. I will say that Nick tried his best and was easy to deal with. More
I own a Chevy Bolt which is under the manufacturer recall to replace its battery pack. Nick the service advisor took great care to understand why my car's battery pack was not functioning as it should - he c to replace its battery pack. Within a week the new battery was installed. Will not go the any other Chevy dealer in the future since Classic is the best! thanks also the David the sales manager who assisted in the process. More
My family was on a daycation in Galveston when my 3 year old daughter threw a tantrum and the only copy of our Cadillac keys into deep water. We live almost 2 hours away in houston. I was now stranded and panicked, Frantically calling every dealership in the area. From then moment they answered the phone, they calmed me down and made me feel at ease with their Explanation of the key recovery process. Nick is great. Brady Phillips is amazing and will be running his own dealership soon. Best customer service, calming demeanor and an extensive knowledge of his field. They made me and my family feel comfortable and we’re very accommodating all while working tirelessly to get us home that evening. I was truly lucky to find such an amazing dealership. I am very happy with the service and will be a customer for life!!! Thank you Brady and Nick! More

Hate to do this, but I Have to change my review. Only to warn people about the horrible service department. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE! Love the sales side of classic, I've bought 5 vehicles in 5ish yea warn people about the horrible service department. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE! Love the sales side of classic, I've bought 5 vehicles in 5ish years from there. Story time, I upgraded my girlfriend into a 2020 equinox, about a week after I checked the oil, no oil on the dip stick. Soo she goes up to the service department to get a quart of oil put in it, and the service guy Johnathan says oh we can't help you right now bring it back next week.....for a quart of OIL in a car with less than 200 miles on it. I call, talk to Carol, love Carol sadly she no longer works there. She said bring it back and she take care of it. In the background Johnathan chimes in, because I guess he's listening to someone else's call and says "does he know how to check the oil? How did he check the oil". That pissed me off. Looking story short my girlfriend had to take a 2 and a half hour lunch break for a quart of oil. On to my truck, rear window leak ok, waited A MONTH for a loaner..... Took my truck in at 7:30am on a rainy morning Soo they could see the leak. Guess who my service guy was, Johnathan. I was nice and cordial. Dropped the leaking truck with water on my seats off got my loaner and went to work. Told them to go ahead and do my 1 free oil change and tire rotation while they had it.After 5 days I call Johnathan, no answer so I leave a message. Day 6 no call back. Day 7 I call back no answer leave him another message. Day 8 I call Carol who still worked there at the time and guess what, oh your trucks been done it's sitting at the body shop. Transfer to John you can pick it up tomorrow. Next day rolls around I go to get my truck only to find it filthy. I dropped it off on a rainy morning mind you. I received my truck completely covered in dirt. Somebody had gone and done some donuts in my truck.... Scratches all around the truck. The spoiler on top scratched up. Dirty footprints on my seats, driver and passenger seats all the way back and leaned back. Go in to talk to Johnathan about it and ask him if he inspected my truck. He says no. We go outside, I show him the truck, he's like oh we didn't do that...... I'm pissed, I tell him I'll be back after 5pm when I get off work to talk with the service manager since I'm wasting my lunch break to come get my truck. I come in after work and ask Johnathan for my paperwork since I was upset in the condition on my $50,000 truck. He can't give me my paperwork because it has to go to GM. Ok how about the paperwork for my oil change and tire rotation. Nope ain't got it. Ok let's go speak to the manager about the condition of my truck. He wasn't heaven apologetic, he said they would have to get with the body shop manager to figure out who was going to be responsible for scratching the truck. I know for a fact that the trucks paint was perfect because about 3 weeks prior I had to quarantine because I was exposed. Soo I spent 4 days cutting & polishing the paint. To this day still haven't heard anything from anybody, my numerous emails to multiple people haven't been returned. Will I buy another vehicle from classic, maybe. But I will not bring any of my vehicles to thier service department again. Pictures kinda suck I know .... But I love the car buying experience from classic. The salesman and finance guys are the best, I've bought 3 truck and 2 cars from them. But the utter disrespect and just general lack of customer care or service has put a pretty bad taste in my mouth. More
