Fine when you want to buy a car, TERRIBLE when you need anything from them afterwards. I traded in the car that I bought from them back in November and requested a GAP cancellation and partial refund back anything from them afterwards. I was told 4 to 6 weeks to get the refund and we're going on week 10 with no updates. I've been calling multiple times a week and leaving messages and never get a call back. I emailed the finance manager that did my cancellation today and the email bounced back as undeliverable. Hate to have to leave a bad review but nobody will give me any answers so I don't have any other choice. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying from here if this is the kind of service they provide after the deal is done! More

I brought my Jeep for oil change. Afterwards they told my wife I needed a new electrical harness. After discussing, I took their word and went forward in doing so. In putting in the new electrical harness, they shorted out my headlights and fog lights. My wife took it back the next day. They fixed the headlights but told my wife the fog lights were fine. I spoke to them over the phone and told them I was certain the fog lights were shorted out. They insisted they were fine. My wife sent me a video of the tech explaining and articulating the fog light were fine while pointing at the running lights. OMg. After explaining to them what fog lights are, they then admitted the fog lights did not work but said they didn't cause the outage and that I would have to take my jeep elsewhere to prove they indeed caused the malfunction. Hmmm... Fog lights worked fine before they replaced a wiring system that the fog lights are connected to... now they don't. Hmm... the Tech doesn't know the difference between running lights and fog lights and tries to talk my wife in believing him. As a mechanical engineer by trade, I've heard of male oriented mechanic shops that take advantage of women. I didn't expect to encounter this in Charlotte. This is clearly the case with Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of South Charlotte. I expect better from any mechanic at the hourly rates they charge. Shameful they won't own up to their mistakes but most shameful of taking advantage of women. If you are a woman who is not mechanically inclined, I would highly recommend you take your vehicle somewhere more ethical and trustworthy. At least document the condition of your vehicle before handing it over and ask a lot of questions before agreeing to fix whatever they say you need to fix. As the economy continues to be challenged, less ethical shops like Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of South Charlotte will try to talk you into fixing things to keep money flowing into their shops.
