I’d like to clarify the situation regarding the second key so the facts are accurately reflected. At the time of delivery, we were fully transparent that the second key was not in our possession and that the previous owner was responsible for sending it to us. We even provided a return envelope with the title paperwork to facilitate that process. I also explained that, while we were actively working to retrieve the key, I could not guarantee when—or if—it would arrive. Because your transaction had not yet been completed, I offered to return your check and suggested waiting to finalize the purchase until the second key was physically in hand. You chose to proceed, stating you did not want to pass up the deal on the vehicle. That said, I understand your frustration and regret that this situation has detracted from an otherwise smooth transaction. I remain available and willing to speak with you directly to see how we can best resolve this moving forward. — Skip Harmon General Manager
