Brought in for routine oil change and fixing the tire. Appointment was at 11am. Was told it would be ready in a couple hours. Had to call again at 5:30 and was told it was just started on. It was frustrat Appointment was at 11am. Was told it would be ready in a couple hours. Had to call again at 5:30 and was told it was just started on. It was frustrating without communication. As usual, Chris was great. Everything was completed as stated. But the communication was lacking and caused issues with getting somewhere on time without being able to pick up the car. More
